Kill All Uniforms: Concept

This is a concept piece of Frank and Emmelia during a story plot in a place called Ode - a city rebuilt and run by super-mutants; a haven for monsters and in-humans alike. At this point, Frank is deteriorating at a much quicker rate, with his sickness becoming overwhelming. Meanwhile, lucky and unique Emmelia remains her undead-ish self. The concept is that they end up in a very important town called Ode, run by a particularly powerful super-mutant by the name of Odelia. In turn for a roof over their heads and a constant food supply (whatever that entails, even), Frank and Emmelia become part of a crew who defend the city from "uniforms," i.e. little bastards hired by various groups who are not particularly fond of mutants or the town of Ode.

There are more details of course, but this is the gist. Odelia and some of her skilled town members assist our flesh-engineer here to create a mobile weapon in which he can attach to his growing mutation. This is the hideous, useful product. It's a terrible, terrible thing. Emmelia's claws also become a relevant addition to her attire, only temporary.
